The question is should I (a) trust her, be patient, and keep pursuing her, (b) call it off but remain friends, (c) cut all ties?

My friend and I moved out of the friend zone recently after 2 years. We both cared about each other but neither of us was willing to say so, eg we thought the other was interested in someone else. Then i drunkenly texted her one night and told her I can't stop thinking about her and she told me to ask her out on a date (I did). Unfortunately the timing isn't great as we are both finishing up our degrees.

She has said she cares about me and wants to pick up dating again after we graduate, but there is no guarantee obviously. However, I feel if she really wanted a relationship with me, should would still make time to date and see me. She makes time for other things, like gaming, and I have given her the opportunity to completely walk away from dating me. I am in a limbo of she says one thing and does another.

Finally, she is different from other women I've dated. I am generally opposed to children and marriage. However, (idk why) I can see myself doing both of them with her.

So personally I'm for revisions to one part of rode v wade and that's the clause that states that a woman can get an abortion without their spouses knowledge. Why?

Well run through this hypothetical with me.

Say you got a couple, they get along smashingly, the man really wants a child and raise a family, the girl however doesn't want a child for some reason or another and gets pregnant, she wants to get an abortion but knows the relationship is as good as over if she tells her boyfriend so she gets one in secret with the guy completely oblivious about it.

So the woman's happy relationship is preserved while the guy is stuck living a lie.

What I'm saying here is if you want to get an abortion then fine, but the least you could do is not make it legal for a man to be left completely in the dark so he doesn't even get the option to leave.

And there's also the whole rubbing the abortion in the guys face just to spite him in case it falls apart for any other reason.

But maybe I'm in the wrong here, what do you think is it ok to keep your spouce in the dark about something significant like this just to salvage your own happiness?

Also I shouldn't have to say this, but this is under the assumption that you LIKE the person you are dating.
