After a good date with one of my colleagues, I thought we'd go out again, cause she said she wanted to.

I've tried to schedule something 4 times and at this point I've given up. Sometimes it's really hard to get a conversation going, and although she'd texted me to talk lately, I haven't tried to do much.
I've been avoiding going into her work area unless absolutely needed. Cause she said she noticed when I'd come in more often.
Last time I was around, one of her colleagues saw me and left. Then the girl came in and seemed excited and said hi.

I'm not sure how it came about, but a co-worker and I arranged a date and we wound up just being at her parents house and we played games. She seemed to have fun, and she wanted to do it again.
I asked a few times to get together again, and we had lunch one day, but she wouldn't commit to a day or anything to get together. So I just let it be and stopped trying to talk to her as much.
After a bit, I asked again before the holidays and she said we could but wouldn't tell me when she's available and then a few days later, she texted me asking about my day off and completely avoided the prior conversation, so I kept my responses short and eventually stopped responding.

Today, while I was doing something, her colleague/friend saw me and he walked away and a few minutes later, she was back where I was, and she didn't come to grab anything or do anything. Then she walked past me, seemed excited and said 'oh hi!' and I just said hey and kept walking.
She started to complain on social media that she doesn't know what it's like to be in a happy relationship, so whatever that means. She told me she got out of a 5 year relationship a few months before our date.
