Search Results: waste of money

So I’m not talking about people that who are murders or rapist because they definitely deserve to be in a hell hole. But for drug addicts who get arrested or mentally ill people. That way after serving like 6 months they can be rehabilitated and they would know not to do it again. Because when treated like animals when they get out of prison they are just going to do it again. I personally think mental health should be more focused so it can build a better person instead of just releasing that same person and then they do it again and again and get arrested again and again. And to add to the facts that prison are wayyy to populated, is less people committed crimes then less prisons will be needed and less tax money will we wasted.
