So, I thought about staying with Android, which is what I have now, and getting a Samsung Galaxy S4 (I already decided the S5 is really beyond what I need).

Then I saw that my carrier, Cricket, is also offering a Nokia Lumia 1320 Windows phone. I have Windows 8.1 on my laptop and I like it so I think it wouldn't be hard to get to know. Windows doesn't offer as many apps as Android and Apple, but I don't need an app for absolutely everything.

And my carrier is offering the iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s. Really, the only reason I would like to get an iPhone is because it's the iOS and I have never owned anything Apple other than an iShuffle which has no OS. I've heard the camera is really great, comparable to some digital standalone cameras too.

If I had to choose one based on battery and size, I'd go with the Windows phone. It has a strong battery and the screen is 6 inches. It's a big phone and I kind of like that. The Samsung phone has a quad-core processor, so it's blazingly fast. The iPhone would be something new to learn and I like learning new gadgets.

Price doesn't matter here, because since Cricket has no activation fees and no 2-year contracts, I would have to buy each of these phones for their full price. And in terms of data speed, they would all be 4LTE.

Let me know what you think and back up your answer, especially if you have owned more than one "kind of phone", i. e. Android vs iOS, etc.
