600-700 calories is completely normal for a meal, and it's not too much.
600-700 calories per meal is about what I eat, and not too much.
600-700 calories is a lot for a meal!
A meal should always be less than 500 calories.
600-700 calories would still be considered a small meal.
300 calories for a meal is wayyy too small. Your moms right and 600-700 is more normal.
