Snacks to gain weight on a bulk?

The most calorie-dense foods are:
*whole fat dairy (milk, sour cream, cheese, ice cream, etc.)
*oil (no food is more calorie dense per unit than oil, includes butter and heavy cream)
*nuts and seeds
*just about any food that is fried
*fatty cuts of meat
Well fuck it I guess I'm gonna have to add some of that yummy food into my diet
Poptarts are garbage calories but they do slab on weight. I'd only eat them post so I can turn most of it into glucose. I think pasta is my main staple when trying to gain some mass. Very easy to eat and calorie dense.
Yea I had pasta for dinner today it was Delish! Gonna have seconds right now
Beef
Eggs (whites preffered)
Soy milk
Beans
Fish
Protein foods
Dairy, nuts... maybe do like a trail mix with yogurt pieces or something.

yea but stuff like poptarts hurt your health internally. Bodybuilders use good food with high calories and a lot of it. Just make sure each of your meals are about 500 calories of good food. 6 meals at 500 calories gives you 3000 total. Not bad
NO NO NO. You think you are too skinny at 23? I guarantee you that by the time you are my age, you will be fighting "the battle of the bulge." REVEL in your slimness while it lasts!
if you're really trying to pack on some weight, those prepackaged snacks like honey buns are just loaded with fat and calories.
back when I was trying to put on weight, a good milkshake always hit the spot
Nuts in general are huge in fat, plus you can get them in bulk at Whole Foods or Trader Joes; depends on your preference
hmm what about healthy stuff like apples!
That's not gonna make me gain weight tho
I do lift, and I'm not afraid to get thick in the offseason
coca cola and pasta.
