To gain weight you need to eat more calories than you burn. You need to find out your bmr, And from that how many calories your body needs. Like example if your body burns 1500 calories daily then you need 1500 calories to maintain your weight. So In order to gain weight you need to eat 1800-2000+ calories

Avoid tons of sugar obviously, eat enough protein (you want equal grams as you have lean muscle mass) hella rice hella pasta, peanut butter. If you workout at the gym consistently and hard then I’d suggest I protein drinks too for added protein which will help build muscles and in turn gain weight.
