Im very skinny and no matter what i eat i dont get fat

I need more fat on my butt and legs

Too skinny and it looks ugly

I look like a tree...😭

Eat stuff but don't excercise. Go ahead and pig out for a certain time to actually gain some weight. And if you look like a tree... then don't stop piggin' out until you not look like a pig... then try for some excercise. That way, you might keep some muscle and meat on your body

Total opposite of calorie deficit. Eat more calories then you need in a day. doesn't mean you have to eat super unhealthy food. You just need to eat more of it! If usually you need 1500 calories in a day. Eat 2000. If you usually eat 2000 eat 2500. Add meal replacement shakes inbetween meals. start drinking things like “mass gainer” inbetween meals.

Eat, don’t exercise, eat snacks between meals. Especially eating at night - late night, early morning snacks. My metabolism showed down so that’s why I have a soda belly. Yes soda belly - I don’t drink alcoholic beverages so I don’t have a beer belly 😛

If you want to gain fat fast, I recommend eating shit, as in fast food, calorie packed foods that have no nutritional value. Second is you need to learn to eat fast. Third, slowly increase your portion sizes. Lastly, be as lazy as possible.

Ditch the salads and go ribs. Carbo load and.. Honestly you have a high metabolism and it's not gonna go away.
