Here's my daily routine of food I eat,
Monday- I eat 2 times lunch and dinner, my dinner is minced meat and spaghetti
Tuesday- I eat 2 times lunch and dinner, my dinner is minced meat and spaghetti
Wednesday - I eat 2 times lunch and dinner, my dinner is minced meat and spaghetti
Thursday- I eat 2 times lunch and dinner, my dinner is minced meat and spaghetti
Friday- I eat 2 times lunch and dinner, my dinner is minced meat and spaghetti
Saturday- - I eat 2 times lunch and dinner, my dinner is minced meat and spaghetti/frozen pizza and snacks
Sunday- I eat 2 times lunch and dinner, my dinner is minced meat and spaghetti/frozen pizza and snacks
My lunch is sandwich, sliced bread with cheese or silence bread with jam
As you see my dinner is always minced meat and spaghetti, thats only dinner food I know how to cook.
Over all I eat 2 times a week
As a 26 year old and to have a teen body is very embarrassing and very understandable why some people around my age dont take me serious.
I will be 27 this year and 30 is around the corner and to still look like this is not healthy nor acceptable
What's the best way to gain weight for someone like me that have high metabolism?
Can some of you share how many times you eat during the day and what food you eat?
