Do you mean you're actually weak? If you have strength problems, you need to start lifting weights. Find a reliable trainer and work out with her or him once weekly and follow their workout routine on your on twice more a week. Three times a week is good.
Make sure you're eating healthily and nutritionally sound. You're very young and you seem to be built very slim. You will probably never gain much weight, except as your metabolism slows over the years.
But lifting weights WILL make you stronger. Do that and keep at it. It will take you one to two years of regular training with healthy eating and good rest periods during your week of working out. Do it slowly and surely. You'll see a definite difference in just a few months. Take your time.
