I want to increase my weight and also I tried googling everything but nothing is that effective.
Help!

Hi, Exercise therapist here! If you want to increase muscle mass you will have to start a strength training program 3 (min) - 6 (max)/week and be eating 300-500 calories above your maintenance calories. If you are like me and had a lot of difficulty eating enough food you might want to start tracking your food intake on myfitness pal until you have a good idea of how much food you actually need to be eating. I put on 70lbs in 8 years with this method. This is nothing special but it does take a lot of time, dedication and hard work. Are you willing to do all that?
Cool
You can also just google or YouTube strength training routine and get a free one that’s pretty basic. Just make sure that it consists of compound lifts like squats, deadlift, bench, row, pull ups, overhead press etc. Don’t mess around with programs that only have isolation exercises
Does it work without equipments?
Do you mean body weight exercise?
200lbs at 5'9"... if that's you in the pic you're obviously doing pretty damn good and you shouldn't worry about it. If you really got to gain the weight though, I would suggest peanut butter and a shit load of carbs... I'm talking a shit load. If you're old enough pick up a beer habit. You'll need it. Eat meat like you're a fucking lion though and make sure you call feminists trash.
My brother had the same problem and when my parents asked how he was gonna fix it he just said his girlfriends gonna fatten him up, he doesn't gain weight that easily but over about 4 months he gained enough weight to not be skinny but he still had abs and muscles from his job and was feeling amazing is what he said.
Muscle weighs more than fat. Slow weights w/protein drinks. Check with your doctor first.
Thanks for the mhg.

If you want to gain fat, you need to intake more calories than you burn. This is most easily done by eating things like breads, noodles, etc.
If you want to gain weight from muscle, you need to hit the gym or do calisthenics (or both), the gym/weight lifting being most effective. You'll also want to be eating a lot of protein and get lost of sleep, as protein (among other things) is what your muscles need to heal/grow, and sleep is when your muscles heal/grow.
I found that drinking healthy calories after each meal helped me. I usually drink ultra fine oats with digestive enzymes, flaxseed powder, coconut milk powder, camu camu and plant protein. In addition, focusing on the compound movements like squat, deadlift, seated row, and shoulder press helps too.
But the best way to build of all is isometrics (done right).
If you want to increase your weight you have to increase your caloric intake.
You have a great body already though.
Increase your diet slowly, don't do it all at once. Bodies need time to adjust to calorie intake.
you know what? i dont like too skinny but yours looks nice anywayy
Are you crazy? Why would you wanna gain weight?
