My last weigh in was Last Tuesday - I dropped 2 pounds in my first week of clean eating and I was happy.
Now it is a week later. THE SCALE SAYS I GAINED 6 POUNDS.
Both times I weighed myself after I umm.. had my bowel movement in the morning.
Except this time, yesterday was my cheat day. Last time i didn't have my cheat dav before I weighed myself.
Also this week, I didn't work out (I was out of town on a Valentines mini getaway) I worked out a lot the other week.
I remember years ago I lost a lot of weight. I did it an unhealthy way though, but it worked in a month. I want to do it again. I would only eat about 500 calories a day. I would eat a banana before working out, then after I had whey protein mixed with water. And I would have like two other fruits. I remember I ate Luna bars too. I took laxatives a lot. After super long runs (10 miles) sometimes I'd have a bowl of chicken breast mixed with quinoa and broccoli.
