I’m 24. My size is L/XL, I weight 75 kilos.
my goal since January 1st to become size M.
I do watch my diet. No bread, no alcohol, no flour in general. My go to meal is usually chicken with fresh salad (no rice). I’m always on calorie deficit.
I go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I have a training program.
however, since the beginning of this year, I lost literally 1 kg. And I’m still size L/XL. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but it’s so frustrating! I’m thinking about giving up. 5 months into hard work and absolutely no results.
Any tips? ideas?
P. S. I do regular check up with my doctor and he says that there is nothing wrong with my health.
