i keep my diet balanced and i also try to workout when i can. altho i do think that stress makes it worse but is that the only reason? also is it that at this age (i am 20) losing weight is a little hard and it gets better in the mid 20s.. also as there is no college and a little more time?

Do you count your calories? If you're not counting and measuring your food, you could be very well eating in a surplus. You need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Download myfitnesspal if you don't already have it and track your calories that you consume. You'll be surprised how much you could be going over your calorie limit. If you don't know your calorie budget, go to calculator. net and go to calorie calculator to find out just how much you need to be eating for your weight and height and age.
