Women only have 60% of the muscle cells that men do. Women produce less estrogen, the hormone that actually makes your body store fat, this in order for women to get pregnant more easily. Women's metabolism also slows down during duress, so as not to burn away fat, for the same reason as they produce estrogen.
So women's bodies actually work against them when they attempt to lose weight, when men's bodies help us in pretty much every way to shed pounds.

girls are not used to stress and they don't like to be pushed and get tired of working out quickly , and they don't like being tired.
also a girl's body is meant to store fat more than making muscle (like in a guy), a guy's body has a faster metabolism and can burn fat better and since his body tends makes muscle and not fat with the extra calories unlike girls he is more likely to lose weight faster. and die faster also
Men naturally have more muscle mass than women do. Muscle takes up less space per lb and it increases your metabolism and burns more calories than fat does. That is the biggest reason why women have it harder. Also, women's bodies are meant to carry more fat, like for boobs, hips and thighs, this weight is for child rearing, naturally. So this is another reason why it is so hard. Women's bodies want to hold on to fat more than men's do.

Women are suppose to have fat because they create babies, babies need a lot of fat to grow also our metabolisms are slower than a mans. I think that is why women give up eating, it takes too long to lose weight.

I think it's because a man's muscle mass is a lot more than a woman's and as we all know, women pack on a considerably bigger ammount of fat on her body than a man. Basically men put on muscle when they lose weight, that's why its faster. Women have to first lose some of their fat, and its more difficult to then build up muscle.
Because there metabolism is higher, because they are usually taller because they have more body muscles if you have more muscles you burn more fat, so yes its way easier for men...
and we woman are suppose to have some fat and not be so muscle so we save fat specially on hips area :(i would just drink more water, not too much water. I would work out, eat healthy, do what is reasonable. exercise and target building lean muscle and decreasing subcutaneous non essential fat at the same time. look up different exercises you like to do. I like doing lunges, bench press, leg presses and free weights. I am not bulky or too muscular, I just like working out for health reasons. make it fun and it will be an easier goal to acheive! good luck :)
Its primarily because men are larger and have more muscle than women due to testosterone. They are genetically designed to have a higher percentage of muscle and less fat, unlike women.
Men have higher muscle mass, and muscles take more energy just for basic daily maintenance, so men naturally have a higher metabolism.
Because if you didn't know this already, in puberty, when a boy's body begins to gain muscle tissue, a girl's body begins to gain fat tissue...
It's just a bit more work for women...but if they want it bad enough they can do it.Probably genetics...
