Can I go to work after the gym without being stinky?

any tips i really want to go in the morning but dont want to shower until night

Here are some tips to stay fresh after the gym without showering before work:

- Wear newer workout clothes that don't hold onto odor as much. Avoid clothes that have been worn multiple times without washing.

- Bring a spare change of clothes, underwear, sports bra, etc. and change into your work outfit when you get to the office.

- Carry baby wipes or antiperapirant wipes to do a quick pits, bits and face refresh in the car or bathroom.

- Spritz on some dry shampoo, body spray or essential oil rollerballs like lavender under your nose and on pulse points.

- let your hair air dry in a bun or ponytail and don't put on makeup until you change clothes.

- Throw your gym clothes in your bag right away so they're not stinking up your car all day.

- Keep some breath mints, gum or mouthwash handy just in case.

As long as you switch out of sweaty clothes ASAP you should be alright. Maybe hover a bit by the copier fan too haha. Just don't workout too intensely! You got this girl.

Any particular reason other than that? I work in a gym and it's unlikely you'll get any meaningful workout in without being gross the rest of the day.

That's not hygienic at all. A few years ago I used to go to the gym before work but I always showered.

Please shower. Good hygiene is important for most (if not all) jobs. It’s inconsiderate and unprofessional to go to work smelly.
