It sounds like he likes you but I can’t tell you if he likes you just as a friend or wants to be more than just friends with you , that’s something only you can figure out , so my advice to you is if you do like this guy and want to be more than just friends with him , thank him for being sweet and protective of you and ask him if he would like to go out sometime , if he is interested in you , he won’t hesitate and say yes , if not he will give you a reason. It’s ok for a girl to ask a guy out , don’t think otherwise

Of course he's being protective, I can't really see any other way you could take it. He wants to make sure you're safe and comfortable.

You know him better than I do, but from an outsider's perspective it seems pretty clear that he does. He's being more than just nice, I think he's trying to show you that he cares about you.

I see how some people may take it that way. But when a guy is super nice to everyone, it’s hard to tell when he’s just being nice or if he’s into you. Sometimes it’s nice to have a second opinion to make sure I’m not just seeing things that may/may not be there.

I see... So you possibly found a real-life Clark Kent... But being NICE and PROTECTIVE aren't mutually exclusive actions. Sounds like a good sort of guy -- "raised right" as we used to say -- so why are you feeling conflicted that he's giving you this extra time and attention? If he's taking time out to worry and do all this stuff for you... he cares for you on some level.
