Has your Doctor ever asked you if it was alright for a medical student (female) to observe during a physical exam?

Several years ago I had a doctor who had been my "primary' M. D. for probably 7-8 years asked me if I would consent to have a 'medical student' present for my physical, supposedly to see 'procedural' things during a physical for a male patient. Initially I consented, but at one point, I regretted the decision, not that it was particularly 'exposing', but just of idea of it and he stood directly between myself and the 'student' for the 'prostate exam", so that I was not humiliated by the experience. Afterward, I wondered if that kind of thing was something that was routinely done with "pre-med" students, especially a female pre-med.

Has anyone had a similar experience as this? Can't imagine I am the only one that it has occurred with?
