*Sigh* See... I literally said this exact thing on a similar post yesterday. The best man's or maid of honor's speech should not be a "biography" of the groom or bride. It should he a quick two or three minute (five, tops) "you're marrying someone great" and that's it.
I say this because I went to the wedding of one of my dearest friends from college a few years ago. It was an outdoor reception at a barn in the late summer. Many people were dressed very nicely...but that best man's speech...
I have never wanted to shout "wrap it up, bro!" so badly in my entire life...
My younger sister for sure. She knows me so well. She would say the right words.
Awww.. 🥰
Same here 😊
Great! 😊
So sweet! ❤️
Having a résumé read out at a wedding is quite interesting it’s the first time I’ve heard of such a thing.
It’s not a resume 😄
I know one professional writer. I am sure he could do a good job with it.
My bestie, I trust her with my life
Nice 😊
Me, Myself and I. Lol!
I wouldn't trust anyone else to tell my truth accurately.
Makes sense 😄
My best friend. He knows all the parts that need to stay buried.
My best female friend on GAG
Stephen King

@ElenaLena He is able to make it sounds more "exciting" to most people at the wedding.
