I weigh the same and im as tall as you and Im experiencing the same thing its so frustrating ! but I do have health problems I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism so I think thats the reason because I do one hour of weight training plus one hour of zumba a day four times a week for a month now and I've only lost three pounds :/ it sucks.. but for you if you dont have any health problem than it might be something your not doing right such as your diet or not enough exercising.

How long have you been trying to eat healthier for?
Try adding in some exercise in addition to healthier food.
You need to look at your diet and how much exercise you are doing.
Plus, never be hard on yourself, set a goal and be determined to get to it. Even if you might struggle a long the way, never be hard on yourself
You have to make sure you are taking in less calories than your caloric maintanance along with your excercise routines.

Depends how long you been doing exercise. Hmm I don't believe in diets tbh but just eat less junk and more healthier a lot of exercises.
