Do you find him as sexy as I do or am I just caught up in some "daddy" fantasy? (I attached his picture to this posting.)

Okay, don't flame me for this. I am 23 and started a job with an engineering firm about six months ago. My position isn't bad and the company is great. My boss is a demanding person, he is around 50, I would guess, but has been fair and helpful. Sometime after starting in the job, I began to think about him at night. He is so much older than me that I really didn't think much about it.

As time has gone on, however, I have found myself noticing him more and more. He commands a lot of authority at work but has always treated me well. He has never come on to me or given me any indication that he is interested but I can't help thinking of him. He has a really nice body and he must go to the gym a lot because I don't know many people my age that have bodies as nice as his. I find it harder and harder to get him out of my head.

I am trying to figure out if I should ask him out or see if he would like to have a drink after work. I don't want to risk my job. I am also torn about the age difference between the two of us. I am only 23. Have any of you ever found an older man attractive?

I just saw my Ex boyfriend "like" a rather sexy photo on facebook of another woman - with her boobs hanging out. Am I allowed to say boobs?
Not even a full month has passed since the break up - and he acts like an asshole. Am I allowed to say asshole? I think it's a disrespectful asshole-ish behavior to like such pics, when you fully know you and your Ex are still friends on facebook. Why? Because it throws a bad and cheap light on you. If I saw a guy in my friendlist like such a pic I'd think "Ewww.. he's desperate for some and so is she for posting that picture in the first place" I'd even consider unfriending said friend, if we weren't close. Because it's CHEAP. What do you think?
