When Nelson was 12 his father taught him how to drive the family car. Nelson would sometimes take the car out for a drive. When he was in high school ( 14 years old) he met a special Ed kid named Bob who suffers from mid retardation he's 20 and still in high school. Nelson is short and skinny, Bob is tall and fat. Nelson is physically vulnerable to Bob. Nelson liked Bob but he felt afraid of Bob because he was bigger and stronger then him, Bob would pick him up and poke his butt, this bothered Nelson but they stayed friends and got along well. Bob asked Nelson to drive him to the liquor store late at night to buy some cigarettes. Nelson agreed and Bob went into the store. After 30 minutes Nelson realized he really needed to use the bathroom. He tried to hold it but later he got out the car to search for a place to relive himself. When he finished peeing he came back and saw that Bob took the car and got into a car accident. Nelson started to cry and have a panic attack. The car is destroyed, and Bob is in a coma. who should be blamed?
