Search Results: wife still calls me

I've been talking to this guy for a months. He was coming to see me everyday at work in my department. I'm the only one he's ever done this to. He's a loner. He does his job and goes home. Since February, all hell broke loose. His father died. He filed for divorce. The wife, him and me all work at the same job. I also got mad at him, called him an asshole and said the only person he cares about is his daughter. We made up or so I thought. I went to see him in his department. The last time I saw him it was great. Love and sex talk, etc. However, after I left his area, he tells the other guy "why would I want a relationship when I'm coming out a relationship". I don't know if he was trying to cover his ass by saying that to our coworker. We agreed to find each other the next day before he said that. My friend said he had a meeting that next day. He goes on his off days. Three days later I left him a small friendly gift for Easter on his desk. No thank you, nothing. Then poof. Ghosted after all this time. He never missed a day. He won't come near my area. I haven't seen him in 2 weeks. If he didn't have feelings for me and why was he coming everyday. Why can't he come near me? I'm scared he's never coming back. Does he not want anyone knowing about me because of the divorce? Is he scared? Does he mean what he says? I'm not sure if it's me since he was going out of his way to see me. It's different now. I feel uncertain. What's going on in his head? He's had plenty of time to make it clear he doesn't care for me. And plenty of ways. Coming to see me everyday and love and sex talk is not what I call making it clear. Why has he ghosted me? We can still be friends until the dust settles. Friendship is a good basis for a relationship. Can anyone sort this out for me?
