So I know I could probably go to another provider and pay less but I have unlimited data and hate being dealing with Internet and cell providers. They are vultures and every time a move r switch they always double charge are have hidden costs. The last time I moved they said they would waive the move fee because my internet wasn't installed properly and I lost 3 hours f work on a work from home day. Instead they charged me the fee twice. After 6 hours on her phone they said they fixed it and were returning the money. Instead I got charged an additional move fee. Frustrated $300 later I gave up.

Today I called AT&T about tethering. The guy didn't know what it was and then when he saw the age of my account he was frustrated and said 'your an old account I'm going to have to do research. He kept me on he phone for 25 minutes saying nothing then finally said it has t be a separate additional line for $50 a month because you are so old.

I've be been with them since 2009 and pay more than new customers. I hate how they actually don't want longterm customers. Why is this? I have a life and don't like switching providers every other year.

If if it walks like a Monopoly and talks like a monopoly... We need more up to date antri-trust laws.
