This male coworker of mine is kinda weird, he can tease me in the morning and I just replied him normally and he started staring at me without smiling later that day.

And when I started to talk more with him and even mentioned that he’s my favorite person, he started to avoid making eye contact with me and once I was talking to a female coworker while facing him, he turned around to look at me and when I make eye contact with him, he had a nervous look and quickly turn away.

He has been like avoiding making eye contacts after I started flirting with him.

He wasn’t like this in the past whenever we are together, we were close and we always have eye contacts and he used to tilt his head and smile when he look at me.

I do not understand why the sudden change in his behavior?

Did he fall in love with me?

So I know he is busy with his daughters and work. I feel like when he was getting to know me he was giving me much more attention. He wanted to be exclusive and for me to be his girlfriend but like I said this is the 3rd day he has barely given me any attention. I told him I need a lot of attention and that it’s important to me. What should I do? By the way I have kids also but I make time for him. I feel like his behavior has changed.
