I met a really nice girl at a part time job last year, and we meshed well, and unfortunately she was in a relationship with a son.
This year, they broke up and she started talking to me a lot more and I asked her out. She said she found me really attractive and wanted to hang out more, but on the night of our date, she wouldn't answer her phone, and we obviously didn't go out.
She messaged me a few days later saying something complicated came up and she wanted to reschedule. We did, but we never went out. She randomly messaged me one night saying she appreciated my interest, but she was already talking to someone else.

I felt led on, and I was mad. So I blocked her.
It's been a few months, and I don't feel I did anything wrong, but missed out.
I reached out, and she responded and we had a casual back and forth, and I asked if she was still seeing that guy, and if she had actually liked me and whatnot.
She said she wasn't with him, and she isn't saying we couldn't become more, but she said she is taking a break from guys.

Is she just misleading me or is this a sincere thing?
