People that cannot afford basic commodities and healthcare for themselves or kids, should they be allowed to procreate?

In my opinion they should not, and in an ideal world these people would be restricted, with the use of long term birth control. There are a lot of unfit parents that cannot provide for future kids (financially and emotionally).

So you know China made the one child rule. Well I've come to the conclusion that it's not that bad law. Like honestly why not?

But I would change a few things.

So I would determine the amount of children allowed based on the monthly income of parents. So people with more money would be allowed to have more children.
Why so? Because people with higher incomes can provide a better life for a child. I myself am a second child out of three. Unfortunately for me, that means I am unable to attend universities i would like to as my parents prohibit me from taking student loans and refuse to pay themselves.
So in conclusion, a parent should be able to pay for child's college, at least I believe so. Through life, a child should always have at least one hobby and meal three times a day. A child should help with chores at home, but also have some free time.

Now would you agree with a law that would base the amount of children one can have based on their income?

When I was 15. I had anorexia. My family said I was fat. My friend said “but I weighed the same as you back then” when I finally told her.

I was “illegal” for 18 years. My BEST FRIEND literally told me that the only reason my teacher liked me was bc I was illegal for 18 years and that that was the only reason my teacher liked me. She said: “if she knew about me...”

I lived in an emotionally abusive and controlling household. Everyone said: your parents must be so proud, your life is literally perfect.

At 19, I was sexually assaulted. I never told anyone until a year later. My mom once said if I ever was sexually assaulted, she didn’t know what she’d do with me (she doesn’t know nor will she ever know). She said she would never want to see me again bc that was my fault and she could even go as far as to hit me if I even so much as was with a guy at his place alone.

I was diagnosed with mild depression and my friend said, that’s nothing. There’s still hope for you. I have severe depression. You don’t want to die everyday like I do...

Someone close to me died less than a week ago and my parents expected me to be okay. Go clean something up they said. I couldn’t even be there for friends. It hit his brother who was also my ex (and first and only boyfriend up to this point), harder than anyone and I couldn’t be there.

I am just 20 years old. “You’re always so happy!” They say. Yeah... “happy”. That’s the girl with the “perfect life”. No ones struggles are your own so stop undermining them. There I said it. Stop saying “I’ve had it worse”, “it could’ve been worse.” Stop making people feel BAD because you think you have it “worse”. The truth is EVERYONES struggles are hard 💔 and comparing yours to theirs shouldn’t even be a thought to cross your mind. Both situations are bad. Andagreed If someone is brave enough to tell you their struggles, be empathetic. Listen. Respect. ✊🏽
