Among other things, they describe their horrific experience in a psych ward (including emotional abuse by nurses & near molestation by another patient) when they were a teen, and advocate for better mental health treatment.

However, again, they report now being sufficiently stable & detail the techniques, so that other people can follow them if necessary. They post advice for people struggling emotionally.

Would you be more or less likely to hire them?

I want to help other people who are struggling by being more open, but I'm afraid it might harm career prospects.
