- Guy asked me out 3 weeks ago when I was back home but I couldn't go (I wanted to go).
- Started crushing on him a little later for around 2 weeks, but stopped my feelings because I found out he's the player type.
- Haven't really spoken since then.
- Today, he calls me and asked me for the reason why I didn't go out with him ( wasn't the purpose of his phone call, he wanted me to give him company while he was driving back to his place, then we ended up talking for 3 hours).
- Stayed on the phone for 3 hours although he was tipsy/tired.
- Asked me where I want to live in the future, told him depends on the nationality of my future husband, then he said " I need to go to your father to ask your hand for marriage then" (surprised me that he said this considering he's a player).
-Told me he will take me to the beach for sure next time we're both back home.
- Told me to call him again tomorrow and not forget to call him.

Now, I used to have a crush on him not so long ago ( I find him attractive and nice), but not anymore, but I really enjoy talking to him because he's fun and I feel less homesick when I hear him speak my native langue.
Is he interested? I'm I misleading him by answering and keep talking to him? I still want to talk to him as a friend.

I just feel thankful, everything in my life including my own very life is a gift from God that can be taken from me. I never feel like I am entitled to a great husband, wonderful parents, beautiful children, lots of money, a huge house, new cars etc
I work hard for everything that I have. I put in the effort to work in my marriage, to marry a great guy, to understand my parents, to make friends and to raise my kids with affection and boundaries.
People who act entitled to everything, like it's every one else's job to make them happy is very annoying to me. Just because you can't find someone to love, is not my fault. Just because you have 100s of thousands of debt is not my fault. just because your parents didn't love you is not my fault. just because you don't have any money for a house, car, food, or whatever, is not my fault and you are totally not entitled to my house, my food, my utilities, my time and effort to clean up after you. Just sitting there and being reactive and pouting like a 2 year old and blaming everyone else for your problems is not going to get you anywhere and no one is feeling any pain but you for all the mistakes you have made. So get up off your butt and go solve your own problems. you are NOT entitled to anything from me! (this is written to my brother by the way... heheheeh... I just wanted to get that off my chest).
