I realize these designations are a reality of our modern age. But I also like how traditional the Disney films have always been and want to keep them that way. That may sound close-minded but to me it's the same as not wanting to see a weird piece of modern art hanging in Buckingham Palace or hear a techno dance soundtrack played during church services. certain things dont go together, and a transsexual Disney "princess" in a fairytale setting would probably stick out badly. Plus, romantic love often plays a huge role in the Disney stories and, like it or not, a romance between two girls or two dudes is qualitatively different than a traditional romance.


Disney is the closest thing to "traditional" as you can get in mainstream pop culture, since tradition is quickly dying out. Does it really need to be modernized like this?

A story like this might be very rare but I'm sure it just has to be possible for sometimes a woman to chase after a guy she has an attraction to, and he on the other hand wanted to only be friends with her since he wasn't looking for a relationship, but she can't help how she feels towards him, so eventually he came around and had develop romantic feelings for her a the rest is history.

Lets say it's a girl you not too long met, you see she's attractive, you and her get alone well, so one day "at a house party for example" you discover while she's holding your hand, she's also holding another guys hand, and of course you get mad because this is a girl you want to be in a relationship with, so as you walk off, the next day she apologizes to you, would you forgive her and want to talk to her again because you think you need her more than she needs you, or would you be smart and move on, cause you realize you desert a woman who's not all about flirting with any guy she sees and not caring about breaking hearts?

Me personality I would have moved on, cause if she be like okay (it's your lost if you still don't want to talk to me), I take that as her being arrogant that she think's she's God's gift to all men. Also having a romantic soulmate doesn't determined if a man will be happy in life, as long as he has friends and family and a great job, that is true happiness.

Besides, there's no way a woman would still be attractive to a guy, if she saw him holding hands with another woman while she was holding her's, she would of already been like he's a jerk.
