If I start liking/loving a guy friend or a person, I won't ask him out quickly. I would be eager to meet him everyday, I would smile at him a lot, I would always listen to what he says, I would share my interests with him, I would give him affectionate gestures like ruffling his hair, patting his head, smiling, complimenting him (no, I won't like to have sex... because, the main thing is emotional intimacy, not physical), pointing out his positive traits and helping him working on his negative traits. I would encourage him to be the best and if he is backing off in a situation, I would cheer him up and force him to fight back the almost impossible situation to him. I would want him to win. I would support him in good things and I would not support him in wrong things and will surely explain why he feels that way. If he dislikes something about me, I would adjust myself a little and try to improve myself and learn from him. I would show him that I love him instead of telling or saying. In other words, I believe in sticking to one person till the death. I would always protect him from anything and I would never leave his side. Why? Because I love him.

Losing weight is an example.
Like say you haven't met in person yet, but you either met online or it had been awhile since you had seen them in person, and they wanted to meet up but you wanted to make sure you looked your best so you put it off a few weeks?
i want to lose 5-10 pounds (im short so it shows a lot) before I meet this guy I haven't seen in a long while... and I don't want to tell him why I am putting off meeting him, but I said instead I'm out of town and had work. But really, I just want to look amazing when we meet up again and maybe possibly start something. Normal?

Im in class with this guy for 6 months now and we talked first time 3-4 months ago. He was pretty nice to me and friendly. Since than he smiles at least little when we see each other. He says hi and we talked if we meet infront of college.
Usually in class we don't talk much.
Once we talked and i told him something about my project (few weeks ago) and he few days ago, when we were doing another, out of the blue start to joke about it (not in bad way).
Also few days later i couldn't find some topic on internet and i asked him if he found it (he didn't have to do that). I told him that me and my friene can't find it and he said that he would find it for me when he gets home.
His best friend in our class is my good friend. When i came without make up his friend like aksed me why i didn't put it and i said that i don't have reason to wear it and he said something in meaning "you have reason". His guy friend is always joking and talking with me and this guy is like little beside but always nice, like he's shy.
I saw him today and this friend came and started to me and girls and he was behind him and when we looked at each other he smiled a bit but he didn't came near us.
