We are best friends. But of course, it's not that simple. I love him more than that. He confessed that he liked me before but he also told me that he might be bisexual or gay.

I got drunk for the first time on New Year this year. I started bawling about how we'll never be together because of his sexuality.

He hugged me (this is a huge thing because we are not very physical despite being super close) and said comforting words in a third person's point of view (because I was bawling like I wasn't talking to him as well). Then he planted a lingering kiss on my cheek, then my forehead (which has the deepest imprint on my memory because of the way he did it) and then he kissed me on my lips (I only remember that and I don't remember whatever that has happened after that but another guy who was in the room said we were French kissing).

Why did he do that if he said he might be bisexual or gay? And we're not talking now and it's killing me.

We used to have a thing for each other. It ended with him saying he felt like our religious differences would not allow anything real to form between us and better to end it now before either of us gets hurt. To be honest, he just denied liking me and iced me out. I found out the real reasons from his best guy friend. Currently, about a few weeks ago, he wants us to be good friends so we are still a part of each others lives.

He wants to talk about everything. Last night we were talking about a guy who I am close friends with and who he recently met through an academic program. We'll call him Tom. I referenced something Tom said several times. When he asked which one, I said "my Tom". He immediately interrupted the flow of what I was saying to first call me out for saying "my Tom" and then was like "you know he's gay right?". I told him yes. We were good friends and I know that. He then asked me again, worried that I didn't understand what he was saying.

Was he worried that I might be falling for a gay guy and wanted to warn me as a concerned friend or was he being jealous? I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm just not in a good spot right now because I really care about him and don't like the way he refuses to be with me, acts like we are, but wants to give it the name of friendship. Like I don't talk to any of my guy friends late at night for over two hours or text back and forth all day like we are both currently doing.

So I started dating this guy 3 days ago (I know, way too soon right) and I think I want to break up with him 😅 Before he asked me out I was trying to decide whether or not I actually liked him but then he just asked me out and since I did kind of like him I didn't want to pass this chance up. The thing is a lot of guys ask me out just because they think I'm pretty (my friends say "you get all thee hoes") and we talked a lot before he asked me out and im sure he likes me for more than my looks but I saw a picture that said "there's a difference between wanting someone and doing everything you can to keep them" and I just thought to myself "I bet he wouldn't do anything to keep me". Also he said he doesn't want to meet my family and he told my friend he hates my mom, even though he hasn't met her yet, because she doesn't like gay people (don't judge me, one of my best friends is bi) but I'm seriously close to my family except my dad so that turned me off. And he never seems to care about what im saying, we were texting and I said "yeah I can tell, I also know you don't like my mom" and he just changed the subject! I'm a passionate person and he wouldn't let me say my feelings!! I hate that! But we've only been dating for 3 three days so I have no idea how to break up with him. One more thing, he's never told me I'm pretty, ever. He told some depressed girl on Instagram (after we started dating) that she's the funniest, nicest, prettiest girl ever and he has never told me I'm pretty or beautiful or anything really.
