At first, I admire this company but things go hard when I work here.

Reasons why I want to resign

1. My job is stressing me all the time. It's hard for me to fall as sleep even 4am. I go to office so weak and I don't want to work.

2. My officemates never appreciate my work, only mistakes. They broadcast it

3. Their bad attitudes affects my performance and I perform poorly the past days than before

4. I eat lunch alone. It's not that I am not friendly. I even ask but its only me making the effort

5. I have talents singing, dancing , art but my manager and other people see me as a mediocre so they never involve me to activities/competion.

6. I always caught them laughing when they talk about me. 😢

7. I'm losing weight and even don't want to eat

8. My job is not accounting or finance. More like an operation / call center.

Reasons Hold me Back toResign

1. Among the siblings, I am the only one who has a decent job. But I don't fully support my family

2. This is already my fourth job after I graduate from college and I am tired of trying...

3. My family and relatives are backstabber. I graduate with honor and unstable to my job for two years

4. I don't want to ask money from my family anymore

5. I am afraid my that my four months employment , but I still had a one year experience from other company before

6. My dad has said I am only his hope becauSe my siblings don't work. I am afraid to disappoint :'(

Should I quit already my job or not?

I am new to this company. To the first month , I really find it hard who to spend my lunch with in the team and so I ALWAYS eat alone and sometimes cry because I was not used to. Until at a later point , I found Lunchmates with the other team.

However, I realized aside from lunch these people don't invite me going out and having happy hours. I saw a pictures of them posted on Facebook and I feel hurt. I tried begging myself having a lunch with them but they don't invite me. I understand they are team and I don't belong. Until it comes into a point that I a conflict one of them and I stop asking to go with them in lunch. I am afraid also What my own team will say to me.

In my own team , Nikka asked me to go with lunch but sometimes she don't invite me. she spends lunch with her friend in the team most of the time. We happen to eat together with Nikka , she asked me why I don't eat lunch anymore with the other team. I told her the truth that I had a conflict to one of them. And she asked me, do they still invite you. I said "Not so, anymore.."

Most of the time, I decided to eat and accepted the fact of being alone and lonely. I go to mall and have my lunch there , go to restaurant alone , bring a small food to my cubicle.
