So my girlfriend... though we've only officially been in a relationship for like 2 weeks, we've known each other for a solid 6 months: 6 months of talking in class, working together on class assignments, and laughing together. Plus, she was just so damn cute.

Eventually, I couldn't hold my feelings in anymore, and told her I liked her... and to my surprise, she accepted.

Yesterday we went on our first date. It was a date that lasted basically the whole day... we jogged together in the morning in gym clothes/shorts... then we drove to the beach, and sunbathed and played in the water in our swimsuits... and then when it got dark, we dressed up a little, and we got some dinner. We made sure to pay 50/50 for the dinner. The food was delicious, and being with the cute girl I love made it 100x better.

Then, we went to her house, and chilled there for a bit... talking a bit more... we played video games for a bit... then, when it was time for me to leave and go back to my own house, right when I was at the door, I literally said: "I haven't felt this much emotion towards someone in my life except for my parents... I usually don't say this to people, basically, literally never, but I love you!"

At first she seemed kind of shocked, and she started to blush quite a bit, but then her mouth curved into a smile, she looked super happy, she ran up to me, hugged me super tight, and said: "I love you too, sweetie! More than anything!"

I hugged her tightly back... we stayed like this for several seconds... then at about the same time we let go, she pecked me on the lips, and said, "Take care, sweetie! Love you! Never forget that!"

I said, "I won't!" and exited her house.

Overall, I think it literally couldn't have gone any better... but the thing is, "I love you" is supposed to be a big thing, and I literally said it on the FIRST date... did I make a fool of myself?

I really really like this girl. I dont know her personally but she works near me. I've seen her heaps of times and have liked her for about 3 years now. I first saw her when she was waiting to get her lunch and she was staring at me and she smiled at me when our eyes met and I smiled back at her. I'm kind of shy when I am someone who is my type - she is so my type.
Over the years I've been looking at her but she hasn't really noticed. One time quite recently though I was looking at her a fair bit and I got caught. She seemed puzzled at it. She then started to look for me on her own, she knew I would go past on the left side so she would look on the left side. She is almost always with her friends, which makes it difficult to talk to her. One time she was with her friends and she said "oh that guys gonna start staring at us" so I would hear it, I kept walking because I'm too shy to talk to her.

I didn't see her for some time but when I saw her again and I started smiling at her all the time because I thought YOLO. Her friend has picked up that I like this girl. After that the girl I like started staring at me with smiles and aww kind of looks.

Another time I saw her not at her work where I normally see her but at this restaurant. She was with her group of friends, they were eating. We kind of noticed each other and I smiled a little bit but tried to keep it contained and she went bright red. One of her friends who's a girl noticed it and was like "hmmm ok". She looks down when she sees me like bows her head down

I know who she is because friends of mine know friends of hers but I just dont wanna go up to her if she ain't gonna talk
I haven't seen her for a little while because I've been busy and super shy... but I wanna approach her and just - not being too full on of course - talk to her lol
