Search Results: prove her i am over my ex girlfriend

So, just over a year ago I broke up with my girlfriend.
The main reason was that we had spent so much time around each-other (for the month or two before the break-up), however it didn't end in the best of ways, and so we went our own ways. Throughout this, we've maintained contact (and with many ups and downs) we're on good terms again.
We've both made it clear that we still care, in one way or another for each-other, but, she has said that because we haven't really met up at all in the following year, and we've both changed a fair amount throughout that year, that I didn't really have her interest.

Is it worth my while attempting to meet up again (she's in uni and moved a fair distance away) in an attempt to prove that I worth a second chance?

My blonde girlfriend came back from university to visit me and her parents and she found a long brunette hair on one of my pillows.
She was furious about it and thinks I am cheating on her now. I adamantly denied this but she didn't believe me and said she was going to search the bedroom to make sure. I said 'go on then' knowing I had absolutely nothing to hide.

After doing her own female forensics she unbelievably found another two brunette hairs in my room. One dark hair was under my bed and another in my sock draw right at the back.

I have two explanations for this….
1) The hairs belonged to either my mom or sister (both however have been away travelling Asia since mid June unfortunately).
2) The hairs could be 1-2 years old and belong to one of my ex girlfriend's…

I've tried explaining both of these theories to her and she refuses to believe either. She is accusing me of sleeping with one of my work colleagues who has black hair and recently added me on Facebook.
Anyway she went back to her parents house crying yesterday and hasn't replied to any of my texts or calls since. I don't know how to prove my innocence and I am fighting for my relationship here, that's if it isn't already over. I definitely haven't cheated! Please, I need help here. Is she being irrational or would you have trouble believing me too?

About a month ago my long distance girlfriend of 2 years broke up with me. We started having issues in March and she broke up with me in early April. After she broke up she gave me about a month to prove that I could be there for her. Our communication hadn't been the greatest because we were both busy with school. So after the semester ended she told me that she met someone and a party. She has also met a few other guys since then but from what I've heard she's been trying really hard to find a guy even resorting to hook up apps to meet guys. IS it just me or is she trying really hard to find someone to replace me as a way to cope with the breakup. When she broke up with me she said that she wanted to have a normal college experience, and that meant going out with her girlfriends and not feeling guilty if something happened with a guy. Since the break up she's been psoting a lot of pictures of her drinking and its just really gotten to me. Ever since she's turned 21 all she wants to do is go to the bars and drink. She used to be such a homebody and that's not to say she never went out but its like her priorities have shifted. What should I do in this situation? I really do love this girl with all my heart and we had discussed marriage in the past. When we started having problems with communication I really started to force it but I think she really started to want to see if the grass was greener on the other side without me.

What do I do if I want to get her back? Her friends adored us being together and they weren't very supportive of her decision to break up with me.

Initially when she broke up with me we were texting often even though the tone wasn't the same. But she said she still wanted to talk. I sort of went to texting terrorism:( for the first 2 weeks after we broke up in May. But I have gone 2 weeks without texting her, but I sent her flowers that she should receive today. I want to finish out the 30 day no contact rule. Where do I go from here?
