My boyfriend and I (both latinos) come from a background where we were hit too hard with a household object and both of us think that was too much.

My father would use a belt on me during my very early ages. Practically all the times it was used, he did it in frustration/anger and tend to overdo it to the point I was already crying and pleading for it to stop. He did the same to my younger brother. Long ago when my brother was only 2 years old and nearly dropped a teapot with boiling water, he left a couple bruises on his bottom and the back of one side of his leg was swollen with the belt and he only stopped when he accidently hit one side of his face with it (it happened when my brother was turning around to run).

In my bf's case, it was his mother that used to hit him with a stick or strap. It was pretty much done out of frustration/anger too.

This resulted in my complete hatred towards the usage of corporal punishment on a child, esp if it were my own kid; the person I'm suppose to love, protect, cherish, guide and teacher. My boyfriend only thinks spanking should be done with only the hands but never hard nor ever done in anger. Though his approach is a mild version in comparing to our backgrounds, I still have an issue spanking kids, even with the hands. I also don't agree with his stance that if you don't spank your child they'll grow up criminals.
Now back to my question, shouldn't spanking/hitting a child with a belt, sandals, sticks or any object be classified immediately as assault and child abuse? I definitely think so.

I'm a pretty emotional person, kind and soft hearted but I have issues with anger management. I have Latina blood or something. I scream and shout and curse if I'm angry.

The thing is I am really petite and people don't expect me to have that kind of personality. I look so kind and nice. Only if I am really close with a person, they can see this side of me.

The other day I was angry at my boyfriend but I wasn't shouting at him I was shouting "near" him lol but he laughed and got surprised and left the room so I can relax a bit. Then came back to ask for sex!

Quan is 18 years old, tall, dark skinned and is popular with the ladies in his school. The night before Nelson's big day Quan gave Nelson a bottle of water with two strong laxative pills in them, told him its for good luck. Nelson farted loudly during testing time and ran to the bathroom. He came back to class but eventually shit his pants. When Quan found out he laughed hysterically. Nelson sobbed uncontrollably and said he wanted to die because he would so ashamed for having an accident.

Spiritual and religious advices needed, please. I am a warm, loving, compassionate person in general. My boyfriend is kind of dark, he tends to be authoritarian, he is agnostic, he's soul is chaotic and he has quite cruel thoughts. He tells me he loves me because he loves how pure I am and it brings him peace and after he met me he became kinder even to other people. Lately we've had problems and he went back to his darker side, his heart is full of anger and hatred though he doesn't have an especially hard life. He said everything changes when we are on good terms and I notice it too, he becomes better to others and his dark thoughts aren't an issue. We've been together 9 months. Do you think I can save his soul and make him a better person?
