Cons
-He Can’t do distance (separation anxiety/don't feel like he'd be giving me the attention I deserve)
-He said that he doesn't want a relationship right now because he has always been a relationship guy and wants to experience what it's like to be single
-He wasn't making me a priority and that he doesn't feel like putting time into a relationship if he's going to half ass it or doesn’t see it in the long run
-Doesn’t want me to feel trapped waiting for him, says to take advantage of other opportunities
- We took a break before we broke up because he didn't really want to break up

Pros
-He has told me multiple times that there is a possibility of getting back together next semester
-He has promised me we would stay friends too
-He made it very clear he doesn't intend on seeing other people, he just wants to focus on himself (doesn't do random hookups)
-He told me he hasn't lost feelings
-We still text and snapchat every single day
-We are also planning on visiting each other over the summer too
-Plus we agreed that if we both still wanted to hooking up was on the table
-My name is still my nickname in his phone
- We both would never date anyone from home so we will both be single next semester
- We agreed we could still hookup if we both wanted to, my idea
- His friends and family love me

PLEASE HELP I AM SO CONFUSED :(

For example, if the names Maria Josephine,
#1 Is two names too much to spell out?
#2 Is spelling it more uniquely than the above going to make it much more difficult?
#3 How often do you think she’d be referred to as both first names?
#4 Is it weird give a nickname like Mary Jo?
#5 Should it be hyphenated or no?
#6 Would adding a middle name after two first names be ok or make it too long?
#7 Do you or your kids have two 1st names? DISCLAIMER: My kids name will definitely not be this. This is just an example. But please also answer the poll.

Yeah, it may seem odd but there's a colleague who, despite how often we chat, doesn't often use my name. In fact, he used it once last year & that's only when he wanted my immediate attention. But it's a thing around here - people not referring to you as name (alongside not introducing themselves) despite talking to you - so this isn't what annoyed me.

What got me was him proceeding to use the workplace nickname out of the utter blue. I know he picked it up from his department colleagues (who I talk with & who uses my name or this nickname routinely).

But it was like wtf you (the 1st guy) barely say my name as it is, what "right" have you to use this dub/nickname.
