It's become a very common style that is widespread on social media sites like Instagram. Typical age range for it is mid teens to early 20s. Best described as I'm-not-trying-yet-I-really-am, it typically involves very precise makeup (sharp eyeliner wings and drawn/shaped eyebrows) with relaxed hair and clothes that are just tight or short enough to show off, but just loose or sporty enough to stay in line with the I'm-not-trying facade.

I was visiting a friend in Paris (im american). The two of us went to the beach to go swimming. I was wearing a white bikini top and pink short bathing suit shorts. When I was getting out of the water, we saw her brother coming towards us. He was looking around with a bored expression until he saw us. He immediatly looked at me with this intimidating expression. I didn't know how to read it. He looked at me then looked at my chest. I felt self conscious because I don't usually sit out and tan... so my chest was pretty light. All three of us went into the water and a wave nearly knocked my top off. I made my friend help me fix it. Her brother watched and laughed which made me uncomfortable. I still didn't understand the look he gave me.- it was a little scary. It didn't know if he wanted to kill me or kiss me.

A day later, the family was going out to dinner. I put on a black dress (not skin tight). I walked down the stairs and nearly ran into him. He took a step back and have me the "up down" look, but he only did it when he thought I wasn't looking because my friend called me name.
I caught him like two other times watching me and giving me the weird intense expression.
