Started dating a girl. she's 32 and has a kid. Very beginning stages. Anyway, during the quarantine we have sent each other our favorite artists after conversations. We talk on the phone maybe twice per week. So its happened maybe 3 times where we have swapped artist interests.

Wed give each other maybe 3 artists or so. The next time we would talk on the phone i would tell her what I liked.

I felt it was important to get to know her and redpect her by listening to artists that were her favorite on youtube or whatever. Just to check them out. After 3 rounds of this... she never would mention her thoughts on the artists I selected.

I just asked her why and she said she hadn't listened to them. That she hasn't had time. She said with the earlier ones she forgot which artists I had sent.

Is she being truthful or is this bullshit? And even if she doesn't like my music and is afraid to say. Is that a big deal? doesn't it matter if by chance she hasn't listened to any artist suggestions that I gave her?
