So there’s this guy that I started having a small crush on. Everytime he goes to my workplace he would give me a hug and a poke (After he found out I was ticklish he poked me all the time) Everytime I sat on a chair he would scoot his chair in, making my chair between his legs.

ANYWAYS, not the point. Those are just things that makes me suspicious
BUT

--I'll nickname them Stalker and Crush
I was at work in school, and there was two guys that were waiting for me to leave. A guy that "loves" (Stalker) me and the guy I like (Crush). So what happened was my boss wanted both of them to escort me. Both of them escorted me when suddenly, Stalker told me that he wanted to have a talk with me. Crush said that it was late and to just drive Crush to his car. So I did. Me and Crush were just talking in the car when suddenly Stalker said "I want to talk to you now". Which I replied, sorry I'm busy driving home. And Stalker's reply was, " Stop lying your making time to hang out with me, because I know your making time with him right now". I was freaked out and Crush told me to turn off my phone which I did. Afterwards, we looked back and his car was driving back and forth for the next 10 minutes. And Crush decided it's best if we go to the police station to explain. So we filed a report. Anyways, afterwards I just really needed to give him a hug, which I gave him. And when I gave him a hug he said "Wow your hair smells great." During this hug we just kinda rocked left and right with the hug (Kinda like a couple for like a minute) And basically like everytime we hugged I teased him about him doing it just to smell my hair, which he never denied. Then, since apparently, both of us don't feel awkward, we started having an "awkward contest" such as him hug+hump in front, or him behind me holding my arms behind my back and was kinda humping me, or him just trying to talk creepy. And then we went home. So... Does he like me? Or just wants to have sex?
