For my part I only wear a sock on my left foot.

When I was 3 years old I broke my ankle and had a plaster cast for several months. During this period I could only wear one sock. When my ankle was healed I didn't want to wear the second sock. My parents tried to force me but I was always removing it.

Since this day I have not worn a sock on my right foot even growing up because in was unusual to me. I can have my two barefeet but putting a sock on my right foot is something I never do.

I think having this habit at a very young age sort of compelled me for life maybe because of the heat difference on each foot.

My friends and family are used to this.

I absolutely love wearing stilettos but I just can't last more than a few hours in them. I've got this gorgeous black and gold sparkly dress to wear to the club tomorrow night and I really want to wear my 4 inch sandals. I've tried all my shoes and none of my flats look good with it, besides I really want to wear heels and feel sexy.

It's NYE and the club's going to be super busy so I don't want to have to check in a bag, so I'll just have my clutch and it's too small to take a change of shoes, so if the heels can't go the distance I'm going to have to end up barefoot.

But it's NYE and I really want to make the effort, so is it worth it?
