Search Results: girls don't show interest in me

Started college, met this girl that is super cute and I really like her.
Within our first week, we were hanging late at night and she got locked out of her room so I offered to let her stay with me. We were just lying in bed, started cuddling and she said she likes me too. Stuff got a little heated (she made the first move) but it didn't go all the way.
She told me a few days later she isn't ready for a relationship and doesn't know when she will be. She was still kinda hung up on her last relationship that ended because of school, and she has had a tough time adjusting to our new lifestyle.
Thing is, she said she doesn't know if she could date someone within the same friend group (we share the same group of friends) but she said she liked me.
We having had any active conversations in the last few weeks, and any contact I have to initiate. She just doesn't show any interest at all and it confuses the hell outta me.
I told her I'd wait until she's ready and friends have said I should try to move on. She has also said that if I move on before she is ready, she would understand. There is another girl that I kinda like but I dont think its mutual at all and it isn't the same as what I feel for this girl.
So 2 questions:
- Do you think she still likes me?
- Should I attempt to move on and forget my feelings, should I give it some more time, or should I be open to something else while I still have feelings for her?

I was just texting a girl and realized I let another one slip from me. Initially things are great but things change easily. I notice a lot of the times the girls who are interested in me and openly show it are like 4 to 5 years older than me. It'd be easy get with them but I don't since there are other girls I'm interested in who are closer to my age. I'm good looking too but dont say I'm the hottest on the block. I don't understand because it seems when I start to talk with other girls they automatically assume I have a girl like I'm out of their league or something. Even girls who I know that talk about me seem like they don't care. What? Please help!!! What is more important and how should I work on myself for the next semester?
