so my guy glamorized about his ex.

Yeah he said he had an amazing relationship with her and they are still friends.

-He lied. They had only a sexual relationship, she used him as a tool for sex while she was out f***ing other guys.

-She treated him like he wasn't even there, didn't listen to him at all

-She used him for rides, money, sex etc

At first when he glamorized her I felt really "threatened" that I could never replace his memory of her. I got really mad and I wanted to break up and always said to him "yeah, she wins, she wins and I lost and her memory of her is better, I just want to leave now, lets break the f*** up, I"m sick of trying to be like her and trying to win you over"

but he says I have no one to compete with, I shouldn't be threatened. That he hates her. But then why did he say she and him had a perfect little relationship? Why did he say he and her did all this sexual stuff and it was so this and that... why did he rub it in my face that she was like this and that, and why did he want me to be like her? Because she wore his clothes all the time he wanted me to wear his clothes. Because she wanted the on top position all the time he wanted me to have that position all the time. Because they had sex with strawberries or in the car, he wanted me to do that too. He said it is like learning to ride a bicycle and once you learn it that way then that's how you ride it. WTF does that mean?

and then he said he was sorry he didn't marry her... WTF does that mean?

And she dumped him because she was cheating on him with multiple guys for about 9 months or so and he waited an waited and she didn't come back. She is now with someone new for the last 6 years... and he didn't date anyone until me... and what does all of that mean?

The real question is: Should I feel threatened that his memory of her is going to always be better than any with me? Should I just give up and stay with him but accept the fact that he will always love her and not me? But he says I love you a lot to me, but is it fake? I always ask him what does it mean and he doesn't explain it... What does it mean? sorry this is so long!

oh and by the way I never glamorize my exes... if they cheated and me, I tell right away, if they treated me bad I tell right away... the guy has no need to feel threatened or competition whatsoever with me...

This is a fun poll for guys. Me and my best friend wrote short descr. about the other one. We just wanted to see which type do most guys prefer. So here it goes:

Girl A: She is considered the most beautiful one in the group of friends. She has butt-long dark-brown hair, a bit too skinny body and a pretty face. Her eyes are hazel and she has average height. Wears fashionable clothes and light make up all the time.

She hates studying in general (which sadly reflects on her grades), but enjoys literature. Her hobbies are going out and chatting/playing on Facebook. She is properly articulate and has an incredible writing talent. Loves pop and rock.

She is also VERY stubborn and tends to "blackmail" people emotionally (i.e. silence treatment) until she gets things her way. She falls in love and cares for her boyfriend, but will pursue another romantic interest anytime if she feels that the new crush is more exciting. She does this freely because of the confidence her appearance gives her. She thinks one guy will be enough if she truly falls in love.

She is stubborn, but is also very gentle, kind and loyal to one friend. She likes to present herself as "sexy" or in the "punk" style which she expresses with always "trendy" clothes.

She finds appearance and "bad-boy" attitude most important on a guy.

Girl B: She is an average looking girl. She has slightly bigger nose, then she would desire it and fails to see it compliments her. She is fit and slim (very beautiful body). Average height and bellow-shoulder length light brown hair. Her eyes are very dark (brown). She loves comfortable clothes (jeans, T-Shirt). Will dress up rarely. When going out at night with friends. Hates make up and avoids it if possible. Is called cute by most guys.



She loves school, especially natural sciences and is at the top of her class. Spends a lot of her time studying, aiming for a great college. Her free time is usually spent training martial arts, which she loves so much.

She is very opinionated and wins most debates she engages in. She likes to improve and work hard trough friendly rivalry which is why most guys feel threatened by her. NEVER views herself as weaker or less able because of her gender, which tends to be bad for her health. -_- She hates pointless arguments and is the very opposite of stubborn since it seems like a waste of time and energy to her.



She is not skilled when it comes to taking the initiative in flirting.

Tends to be very shy while expressing her affection towards a guy. Horribly enough she also cowers it up. If he wants to date her, he usually has to be the one to approach her first. She isn't very sociable and doesn't let many people into her world. But those who do get in, will have her loyalty and and friendship for life. Just then, they can meet this protective and laid back person.

She finds cleverness and decisiveness the most attractive thing on a guy. Appearance isn't important while in healthy limits.
