I was just reading this report about a former cheerleader in her 40s arrested for statutory r@pe of a 15 year old boy. I read the comments and while I understand that males and females have different sexual mindsets but I was just rolling my eyes on the typical double standards in the comments. All the men justifying it while a very few women are saying this a "mockery" to "real" r@pe victims. People were complaining how the teen boy was old enough to know better. Had the gender been reversed, EVEN IF the underaged teen girl clearly consented and knew better too, society would still want the grown man's head and hold him completely responsible.

There actually has been a few stories where under-aged teen girls lie about their real age to get knocked by a grown adult man (and then get them in legal trouble) but then again, it's not like anyone would ever believe that anyway because "females are always sexually innocent" in society's viewpoint.

Now back to my main question, America is supposed to be a country of equality and a haven for feminists (somewhat like Sweden) yet their law and society gives females special treatment and hold them less accountable for their own actions. Women are often given shorter incarceration sentences than men for the same exact felonies being committed. Gee, that sounds like such good justice system! *sarcasm*
I don't know if the American men are to blame for the gender double standards or the American women.

Example 1 (Favoring Women) -

Men are supposed to be aggressive and the more domineering gender, as such, it is completely okay for women to never have to go through the hassle of approaching and courting.

Example 2 (Favoring Men) -

Because men are the more domineering and aggressive gender, it is completely okay for them to sleep around, it is in their nature. However, it is NOT okay for women (the more passive gender), to sleep around because it is not supposed to be in their nature.

Do you believe Example 1 and Example 2 are okay, because the two genders were born differently, and are expected different things according to society?

Or, do you believe Example 1 and Example 2 should be abolished.

If abolished, this would mean two things:

A - Women would now be required by society to be JUST as aggressive in courtship as men are.

However:

B - They would also gain the VERY same sexual privleges as men are given by society, for good. They would never have to deal with being called words like "slut, whore, etc."

With that said, what do you think?

I'm starting to hate my country and here are my reasons why (not in particular order):

1) Male r@pe and child abuse victims of female perpetrators are treated like laughing stocks that should suck it up and be treated like a weak beta male for the rest of his life by the US law enforcement, justice system and society until he kills himself.
2) Women receive less prison sentence than men for the same exact crimes being committed.
3) Everyone would be all greatly concerned about a teen girl being a "victim" of statutory r@pe of a male teacher while if you flip the genders, they'll congratulate the teen boy for "getting some pussy" and will not only treat him horrible if he doesn't consent to s3x with an older adult female teacher, the justice system will even charge the minor boy child support for his adult female perpetrator (which is some utter horseshit).
4) The US has became so politically correct in favor of the female gender that we have to sugarcoat about women being "equal" or possibly "better" than men in physical capabilities such as sports competition, military, etc. and if the males disagree with this, then they'll be labeled as "misogynistic pigs who only think of women as strictly s3x toys and pretty faces".
5) Women in the US are treated as if they can do no wrong.
6) There are a shit ton of affirmative action programs in favor of women for both college and the workforce in the US.

As a male in America, I've been a victim of sexual harassment during my high school years when a group of boys and girls ganged up on me and pulled my pants and boxers down in front of the whole school campus and my school did nothing about it. I'm no misogynist but I do hate the double standards just because of a few other assholes'(of my gender) action. Anyways, these are all my reasons behind my feelings toward my own country. See where I'm going with this stupidity? As a Non-White Male, I don't see why people have to constantly create and perpetuate double standards against everyone and divide all of us so much to creat more tense hatred between all of us.
