I am just gonna blurt everything oot, cause I am really confused about my situation.
I met a guy...
I have met many ni ei guys, but there is always something in the way! Always! (once a guy started having drug problems, once it was my friends ex and once he met another girl at the sama time... and so on)
So now I met this guy. He is everything I have ever dreamed of, I am head over heals into him... But we are only just getting to know each other... And today he revieled that he is gonna go to the other side of the planet earth for god knows how long to risk his life 😳 I am devastated... Almost crying over a guy I just got to know. He asked me if I wanna continue seeing him still... And without hesitation I said yes. Now I have been all moody and worried about this... What is gonna happen? I have a few guesses...
1. I am gonna get blinded and fall in love, and then it is gonna crush my life when he leaves in about one month.
2. I am gonna have the time of my life and then get over him...(never...)
3. I am gonna leave this situation and him

All these three options could be possible, but the 2. Is a little questionable, because I am already very very into him. What do you this about this situation? Is it worth the risk? He wants to continue and see, but I just started to get worried about this. I can't see myself breaking up with him just because he goes away, but would it be possible to continue a relationship? I know there is no point in thinking this far because we literally just started seeing. But I have started to protect myself from all this love-bullshit... You know?

So my friend tried to set me up for a blind date type of dinner and we went to a steak place I ordered a meal like I normally would with my family I ordered steak, mashed potato, and corn. our food arrived and then we ate and at the end he was like "wow you ate more than I expected" i got really offended l didn't want to talk to him all night now thinking about it, was he trying to say that I don't look like the person that eats that much or is he saying like God you should not eat that much?

at the end I had to pay for the dinner because (I quote) "im not the one who ate all the carbs I got the salad"

so?

I work as a cashier in a large store. Now us cashiers in my experience, we're around each other all day almost every day, there's a lot of us, and little time to leave our section of the store. Other departments tend to have only one or two people in a department in any given day, and they are spaced out to get different areas of their department done. What I'm getting at, is that the cashiers, we become fairly close, but also get kinda cliquey at times. And by that, I mean, the cashiers RARELY speak to anyone else from around the store. We also have a tendency to be gossipy... even the cashier guys. Or well, the ones who stick around. It's mostly women, there are only four boys.
Anyway, when someone upsets someone whose already apart of the cashier "group" that person starts telling people, and then those people tell others, and soon enough, they're kinda iced out. Even more so when that person comes off as rude. Shy we can handle, condescending, no.
That said, when word gets out that people are getting fired, it spreads like wild fire. Only it seems to be the cashiers who know, not anyone else in the store. Now there is a rumor that three cashiers are getting fired. We don't know who two of them are, but we're all 99% sure that it's one girl who most everyone dislikes. Which is kinda sad, she's very sweet and all. But she's got all these "mental illnesses", now the real problem with that, is that it's caused her to call out multiple times, and the other day she just left work without telling anyone because she "got overwhelmed". Cashiers give each other breaks. Which means she messed up EVERYONE'S schedule by doing that. Mind you we were already irked with her because she got pissy with another cashier for refusing to date her friend who was being overly attached and pushy after they'd been set up on one single blind date. And then the latest guy to get fired we were all kinda relieved to go because he wasn't doing his work anyway. And had a bad attitude.

Someone you already know doesn't just mean a person you've known a long time, but someone you may have consistent contact with. A co-worker, friend of a friend, etc. You may not know a lot about them but enough to know you want to get to know them better and would go on a date with them, possibly even like them.

For someone you don't know well that could mean a person who is virtually a stranger, a blind date, someone you see sometimes but don't really talk to, etc.
