Just stumbled across an article on Yahoo where a man took a picture of a mother breast feeding in a T. G. I. Fridays with her child's mouth being the only thing to cover her breast. While I disagree with his sneaky, passive aggressive form of addressing the situation, I do think he has a point considering there were children at that restaurant. It's fine if you want to breastfeed in public, but forcing someone else's child to take note of that activity and taking away their right to explain what's going on as they please is straight up entitled, rude, and disrespectful, in my opinion. I don't agree that you should have your titty hanging out while people are trying to eat. Especially considering that there is an online community of people who fetishize breastfeeding. There is an alarming amount of pornos with grown adults drinking breast milk, getting sprayed with breast milk, and doing all types of perverted activities involving breast milk more or less exploiting the intimate act. That is another reason why I will not be breastfeeding in a room full of strangers unless I absolutely have no choice. What do you think? Do you think breastfeeding with your breast literately all out for a bunch of strangers to see is appropriate or inappropriate? Remeber: THE POST IS NOT ABOUT BREASTFEEDING IN PUBLIC BUT SIMPLY BREASTFEEDING WITH NOTHING COVERING UP YOUR CHEST so that children, men, and potentially even sexual preadators or perverts can see a woman's breast.

Alright, so it's come up that Josh Duggar used to moleste some of his sisters. For years this has been kept quiet, and now that it's out it seems like a lot of the supper christian big families are still accepting of him, simply because he's "sorry"

I'm not saying he should be put in prison or anything, because it WAS years ago, and he does have his own family.

But I mean, the Duggar girls, are taught that to be imodest, is to cause men to sin, because men are more prone to think dirty thoughts, and dirty thoughts are sin. (their teachings, not mine)

So these girls had to live with this, thinking that it was somehow their faults that their own brother did this to them. Brothers are supposed to protect their younger sisters right? Isn't that the thing? His actions completely warp the idea of brotherly protection! And these poor girls have also been forced to think "I must have done something to make him think that stuff, I've made him SIN".

They also haven't said anything about it, even though they have had to see this man nearly every day. Their brother, the guy who is supposed to help them, not hurt them.

Needless to say, I don't forgive him, but that is just MY opinion. Any other point of views? Should he be forgiven?

I ask bc I'm surprised at how often blatantly sexist views get rationalized on here by invoking the word " nature" or gender roles or how it is. Assuming you know how a person thinks or acts or behaves bc you have a predetermined view of how their sex is supposed to be or expected to be is not " not sexist" just bc you have a personal anecdote to go along with your statement.

You may meet two people and have a definite view of their differences but that does not extend to billions of people you gave never met, no matter how intelligent it may make you feel to think so or speak as such. We haven't had a great debate question in a while! Now I know that there are a million different ice cream flavors, but you can almost always count these three to be available. Of these three I'm gonna have to go with chocolate.
