So I'm basically sick and tired of talking to my boyfriend about his bad habits and really I don't think I ask for much. He's extremely flirtatious and I simply ask to stop doing it, when he's over I simply ask please ignore your phone for the few min your here. He writes poems and the things he say are hurtful to me and yet he says their just words. I am tired of complaining and he says sorry and does it all over again. So I decided to do what he does, so I wrote something and he took offense to it and I said "it's the same as you expressing your self" and I even quoted him saying "it's just words".

Like I don't know how else to get through to him and this was the only option I saw left. I really love him I do but oh my god. He called me a spiteful person.

So am I wrong for taking this approach?
