Tell the young people that. They can't afford to buy a home. Homelessness is already getting worse in America. Most of the so called jobs offered are fake listings They are working 3 low paying jobs now. . No way can younger people afford a 50 year Mortgage. People aged 18 to 30 are a huge voting block and they won't be voting for Republicans in November. Inflation is going to be higher than when Biden was in because of His Tariffs which are now just kicking in. Plus Trump wants lower interest rates , which will make everything go up. in price. Companies have been eating higher costs and they won;t be able to do that much longer.

Americans must also pay higher insurance costs and Property Taxes with higher home prices. Trump thinks higher valued homes are good but what does a person really gain? People can't borrow more on it. Houses don't pay dividends. Homes are also a liability until it is paid off.

He also said young people don't work hard enough to deserve a home.

Completely opposite on what he ran on. He promised lower housing costs.

Should ONLY buyers pay? Sellers? Split? At what ratio? Should brokers ONLY get a percentage or are flat fees (either as a standalone cost or ON TOP of the percentage cut? Are they even NEEDED?

It seems as if democrats want to say that Trump is insensitive and only cares about money. I don’t think people understand how much this country makes a day economically, and what that supports. We’re already in an inflated economic bubble as it is, and if we shut down our economy entirely, then there are going to be very serious repercussions. I’m not talking about a recession. I’m talking about a global depression. Millions will lose jobs. Many companies will die out. Many won’t be able to afford their mortgages and food. Many will in return become violent. There will be riots, looting, and blood in the streets. Countries that don’t like us will see we’re vulnerable and might have opportunistic ideas. On surface level, it might look like greed, but I urge you to look past surface level and do some research on how devastating an economic collapse would be. Only then weigh out where your stance is.
