I mean sit down full meals. no snacks. you took maybe 10-15 minutes or longer to enjoy a cooked or prepared meal. How may of these would you say you have daily on average.

For me i'd say once per day. rest of the time i go with snacks. trying to cut down on sugar.

I love peaches and watermelon the most. Grapes are cool, too.

So, I went to a KFC tonight cause I was feeling like crap, instead of going to jiu jitsu. I was hungry and super tired, despite eating a sandwich this afternoon, and simply just not in the mood to do exercise. While there, I was thinking about how the President of the United States or any other world leaders like to eat fast food, just like us "plebs."

So here's my question: do you think they do anything special to the fast food that very rich or powerful people might order?
