How big are the portions at firehouse subs?

I am thinking of paying somebody to drive me there and then grabbing a one week supply when the family goes on vacation. I was given the option of joining them but I chose not to.

How do you feel about microwaves?

I don't have a microwave, apart from reheating leftovers I don't see the point and I like to cook properly anyway. I think they should be consigned to history like irons and George foreman grills.
